How do I shop?
Easy! Just follow these steps:
- View the products you are interested in and click on the photograph to zoom in and see every detail, available sizes, description and price.
- Select an item of clothing and add it to your basket. You can then choose to continue shopping or to process order.
- If you would like to process your order you can do so by either registering or checking-out as a guest.
- Choose a delivery method.
- Select a payment method.
- Confirm the order.
- You will receive an email confirming your order.
Are out-of-stock items restocked?
If an item is out of stock, we will try to restock it as soon as possible. Please add the item(s) you're interested in to your wishlist and make sure you're signed up for our push notifications. Once the item is restocked- you'll be notified immediately via our push notifications!
Will I receive the same product that I see in the photo?
Yes, however, our items are hand crafted so there may be slight differences in the final product's color depending on your mobile/computer screen's settings.
If you have forgotten your password, you can recover it in the Log in section. You will receive an email with your new password.
How can I be sure that I've made my purchase correctly?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email, contact us via email at email@example.com.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can see the updated status of your order in real time. To do this, go to the "my orders" section in your account. If you are not registered, click on the "Order Information" link in the confirmation email sent to you.
Can I remove items from my order?
Yes. You can delete any unwanted items from your shopping bag as long as the order hasn’t been processed yet.
Can I cancel my order?
We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed you are welcome to return the item to us in accordance with our Easy Returns Policy.
What should I do if I receive a faulty item?
LaBelleTifi.com only sells items in perfect condition so, in the rare event of receiving a faulty item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org .
