To process a return, please follow these simple steps:
- Complete a returns request form (included in your original packaging or by downloading and printing this form).

- Depending on the shipping method selected, your return may take several days to reach us. Please allow 5-7 days to process your return once it is received into our distribution center.
Helpful Hint: We strongly suggest getting a tracking number with your return package, as we are not liable for those that get lost in transit.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please send it back to our distribution center within 10 calendar days of the delivery date with a completed return slip. All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached. We are happy to issue you a refund in the form of a La Belle Tifi E-Gift Card for use on a future purchase. E-Gift Cards never expire!
Note: All La Belle Tifi Inc face mask sales are final- no cancellations- no refunds- no exchanges.
Helpful Hint: if returning by mail, we suggest using USPS flat rate shipping for convenience. You will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items and shipping charges must be prepaid.
HOW LONG DOES THE RETURN PROCESS TAKE?
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are received into our distribution center. Once your return has been processed, you will be issued an online store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card via email. Please keep your return tracking number for your records.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Because we can't ensure that you will be issued the style/size you desire by the time your returned item(s) come back to the distribution center, we are unable to accommodate exchanges.
DO YOU PROVIDE RETURN SHIPPING LABELS?
We currently do not provide pre-paid return shipping labels.
THERE IS SOMETHING MISSING / DEFECTIVE / NOT WHAT I ORDERED. WHAT DO I DO?
We know how frustrating this can be and always want to make sure every order is perfect! Once you receive your order, please thoroughly check the delivered items immediately. If you believe an item is missing/defective/not part of your order, please contact our Customer Care Team within two days of receipt and let us know. We will work with you to correct the order as quickly as possible so that you can show off your La Belle Tifi Style!
I AM AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER AND I WANT TO RETURN AN ITEM
To avoid unnecessary and potentially costly return shipping, please contact our Customer Care Team before returning an item. There are special circumstances that may limit our ability to accept or process a return from an international location, however, we will do our best to accommodate your return request. Please note that we are not responsible for returns until they reach our distribution center in Miramar, FL.
*If you are returning a damaged item and fail to contact us prior to making an international return, please note that the maximum credit for return shipping is $10.00 USD, regardless of actual charges incurred.
MY PACKAGE IS BEING RETURNED TO LA BELLE TIFI- WHAT DO I DO NOW?
All packages returned to us due to an invalid address will be restocked and you will be issued an E-Gift Card minus our standard restock fee of $7. We are unable to reship an order as all returned shipments are processed by our Returns Department. You can use the E-Gift Card to place an additional order to the corrected address; however we do not guarantee that items will be in-stock at the time of your reorder.
DOES LA BELLE TIFI ISSUE REFUNDS?
We offer store credit via an E-Gift Card instead. Please treat E-Gift Cards like cash.
