Returns? Sure - Why not? !
Your satisfaction is our goal. We are a clothing manufacturer so all of our apparel items are made true to size. If you follow our size chart, you won't have any issues with items not fitting. However, If you are not satisfied with the items purchased, you may return them for a credit back to your original method of payment or a store credit. In the event of defective merchandise, or a shipment of the wrong item, La Belle Tifi will reimburse the customer for the cost of shipping the merchandise back. Please email us at email@example.com to get the return/exchange process started.
- All returns must be received within 7 calendar days from date of delivery to receive a refund back to your original method of payment.
- Items returned within 8-14 calendar days from date of delivery will receive a store credit.
- All exchanges must be received within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. La Belle Tifi will pay the (approved) cost to return the original item as well as pay shipping for the new item. Abuse of this policy can result in cancellation of customer's account.
- Final sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable to the La Belle Tifi Warehouse
- All returns/exchanges MUST be in new and unused condition in original packaging with tags attached
Please Note: For International orders, La Belle Tifi does not reimburse for Customs/Duties/Tariffs paid.
Check Your Email: We will send you an email once your return has been received at our fulfillment center and processed and the proper account is credited. You should expect the store credit to be processed within 7 business days after we have received your return.
